If we are currently not in-network with your insurance provider, Ambiente Psychiatry offers cash payment options. Please refer to the self-pay rates listed below for the respective services.
If you wish to submit charges for reimbursement to your insurance provider, we can provide a Superbill of your visit upon request.
Reimbursement of these fees varies among insurance providers. You are encouraged to contact your insurance carrier for more details.​
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We require 24-hr notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of service. In the event that you do not notify the office that you will be missing your appointment and it results in a NO SHOW, you will be charged a $150 fee.

Psychiatric Evaluation
$300
During your first visit a detailed and comprehensive psychiatric evaluation will be conducted. Although standard evaluations typically last about 30 minutes, we feel that this duration is inadequate for us to truly understand you. We kindly ask that you allocate 60 minutes allowing us to provide you with the highest quality of care.
Treatment Plan & Follow Up
$175
In your follow up appointments we will review diagnoses, assess
treatment goals, discuss current medications to gauge their effectiveness and determine if any modifications are needed. We may also discuss nutrition and lifestyle options for overall health & well-being.
Focused Follow Up
$125
These visits are tailored to your specific needs and goals. These may include medication management including adjustment of dosages and/or refills.
